Also also also !! Idk if you have one or not but a bed side fan , like the octopus fans are a life savor during labor !!! This is my 4th baby and I never wanna go to the hospital to have a baby without my octopus fan ! That’s my top essential lol . Just wrap it around the hospital bed bar and wallaaaahh heaven !!!

Make some pad-cicles with aloe and pop them into the freezer. I loved having those on hand ❤

Myralax saaaaved my life ! I’ve tried Colace / the stool softener they give you in the hospital and it personally never did it for me ! But everyone has a different experience but it might be beneficial to get a bottle of myralax just in case !
