Loved this. The way you explain things is tacit and fun and the clip arts are just hilarious. The info is great. Could you please make a video about how to build muscle as fast as possible on keto? If i get off keto i feel really ill and tired but while on keto i can't build up muscle well enough. Please help!

How do we digest and utilise these proteins to make muscle if they contain protein uptake inhibitors present within the same food it came from? Do the proteins just break down into amino acids then into glucose ?

Amino acids repair and rebuild muscle tissue right? So when u eat the right amount of protein depending on what you’re training for or how u live it’ll be digested differently. Excessive amounts of protein will lead to a 1lb of fat being made. Bc it isn’t being used it’s just being packed on. So it really depends on how you’re in taking it and for what. That’s the basic way to look at it at least.

Why do you find it important to add music to this video. It’s quite annoying and it only makes it more difficult to concentrate on the subject matter. I don’t understand this.
