I live in Tallahassee FL and have been a pastor for 38 years. I thought I had heard or seen everything that could possibly happen to a family from the members of their community. Let me say that there are definitely a majority of wonderful people in Otter Creek and the small minority are acting out in ways that I believed I could only find in a movie or TV drama. The judge is also violating Florida " open records" law. Need to file complaint with the state Supreme Court against this judge.

The judge controls his courtroom and the trial. He has posted a ban on both sides for publicizing the case. Hale has ignored the ruling. You don't do that. This is an ongoing court case and no open records apply. Hale ran to Ohio to file an injunction. That is contempt and the Ohio order would be unenforceable outside of Ohio. It would be unenforceable even in Ohio because the family are not residents of Ohio. Unless Hale notified the Ohio court of the Florida attempt then that would violate Ohio and Florida law and possible see even steeper problems for Hale. Doxxing the judge to the Florida Supreme Court would most likely end up back firing on the Hales.

@@alanmcentee9457 how is it contempt when the injunction and protective order from Ohio was in place before the whole case landed on Judge De Thomas desk? Lienette only went to Florida courts after they were notified that the Hales were getting a protective order against them from Ohio after they ignored the cease and desist from the Hales. After the cease and desist they proceeded to contact the the local council members from the Hales home town in Ohio. If they didn’t do that then yes, no protective order would have been issued. Lienette and Crook basically got themselves into their own mess in Ohio.

There is no First Amendment right in a court room. Foreman knows that but wants to play to the emotions. His antics in posting this could end up on the Judge prohibiting the publication of any mention of the trial or case by anyone. While very uncommon, it is a possibility.

😂 The supreme court. Do you have any idea how many cases the SC takes per year compared to the number of cases in the country? They'd be better off buying lotto tickets than hoping for that. Even standard appeals are for losers because it's just so rare to get one. Thank you for explaining and pointing out the battle Jeremy is having to fight. He not only has to fight liers and crazies, but the system that is suppose to protect him from such people. After watching 4 days of trial...Jeremy has not had a single chance to defend himself or present evidence. The judge has used 3 of those court dates to bitch about his first lawyer by name and because the accuser lied, he can no longer be the attorney of record. No proof of the accusations was required...it was just taken for granted that the lier told the truth. Only those with something to hide do not want a light to shine on them.

Thank you so much for looking at this and sharing it. The judge is horrified because it shows how he hates Jeremy and how he was helping LieNette. with her part of the case. I thought he was her new lawyer the way he went on. She can talk over the judge and he shuts up and lets her go on and on without any problem. Jeremy\s Lawyers can't talk when Jeremy finally got asked something the judge interrupted him and that was it. The Judge also sets the next court date and doesn't ask if it was OK and hits his gavel and says court dismissed. And then goes on and on in every other court section about how disrespectful the Lawyer's are. But LyeNette can miss the deposition 3 or 4 times and same with her ex the Crook and nothing gets said about it. But he can take everyone's rights away not just Jeremy because any of us can be held in contempt of court for just talking about this public case. And the Victim Advocate and Russ the Suss can go watch the hearings. Or text during it even LyeNette. And nothing is done. But I don't blame them the judge does like the sound of his own voice. He defiantly lost the right to be called Your Honor a Loooong time ago. I am sorry I went on so long about this and thank you again.

I'm an Officer and I've never seen a Judge act like this, "Never"!!!! This man is a disgrace to our legal system, and should never be allowed to put that robe on again!!! Oh, and he "DEFINITELY DOES NOT" need to be teaching law!!!!

This judge has talked so much in each hearing. He is the one that is dragging the whole thing on. He hasn't heard Jeremy's side yet! So crazy. I would sue him for my lawyer fees. 😂

Thank you so much for doing this with Jeramy's videos and his problem. Jeramy needs somebody like you rooting in the background for him as he's been under tremendous stress over this whole mess and all of her lying. Not to mention what the judge is done to it. Do not forget what the attorney general of the state of Florida did. When the protection order was first issued, he told the sheriff and Levy County not to enforce it. When he found out and saw all the publicity that was coming of it. He changed his mind, but they still are giving Jeramy the runaround about enforcing Law. Jeramy &George had protection orders from Ohio but now the local police department and takes their time in enforcing the fact that Lynette and John cannot be within 500 feet of them and must leave when George or Jeramy show up. The last city council meeting in other Creek, George could not go in the door without getting very close to John's car, and needlessly to say she does not trust him as he is very foul mouth and could pull a gun at any time. It took the police over half an hour to get there to adjust to escort her in which, of course, by this time the council meeting was over. (My repetition of the timeline of this last sentence may be off just a bit, but they could not escort her in because the meeting was being adjourned.) it's a real live mess. This needs to have the court hearing shown foreign wide, and left up for people to look as much or as long as they would like to see it. You did a pretty good job of putting it in a nutshell. Hopefully some Amish judges that would have the power. We'll see it and get people like this out of office. Shuey, this country has not lost a few honest people to feel judge ship roles. Now is the time when we need good people to do good jobs. Thank you for sharing and spreading the word for George and Jeramy. ❤ 😂 👋🏽 oh yes, he also blocked Jeramy from getting to his own private property by public Road because it passed by the front of Lynette and John's property. Will explain the difference he seemed to "get confused" left the restriction in place check with Jeramy on that it's definitely not correct legal activity.
