Best cold open, ever. Looking forward to the Aiel. I really liked the way the show solved the mystery box, "who is the Dragon." We all knew but it did create some water cooler buzz (or virtual one) for non-readers.

Sounds like the producers of S2 are proud of the battle scenes. Hopefully the Aiel get to show off their acrobatic moves like in this cold open, and the scale of the conflicts is increased. So excited!🎉

Remember when Moiraine swore to obey Siuan, rather than the Amyrlin Seat? What if Moiraine’s downfall is not Siuan but **spoilers** no more details may be said because of not wanting to spoil people who haven’t read the books.

I mean, yes and no. Rand tried to defend Mat to Egwene, then Perrin stood up for Egwene, then Rand and Perrin sort of got upset, then Nynaeve kind of brought up Perrin and then Rand accused him of liking Egwene.
