JESSE If your putting spacers on any car they all have to be the same front and back! Why? Because you'll be messing up the geometry of your car, so if you have a wider rear than the front you'll induce under steer. If you you have a wider front than the rear you'll induce over steer. Manufacturer's pick the best track setup for there cars possible for road use so only putting one set on will mess the balance up when going fast around corners. Keep everything spaced out the same regardless of looks and be safe 😎👍🏻 Ps I think 10mm will be fine and will give enough clearance on arches and will look after your wheel bearings for longer.

As soon as you said 25mm I questioned if they would fit does look smart though makes the front wheels look lost in the archers just be careful with 20mm or less as the stoods may need cutting back unless you're wheels have resesers to take the access stood great vid as always 👍

Just role the arches mate, I had same problem on mate and just rolled the inner lips and fixed the problem, so easy to roll aswell. If you need to borrow it mate I’m based in sheffield and don’t mind you borrowing it lad

Hmm, not a fan of spacers. Only time I’ve put some on a car, the wheel bearing started whining, within about 100 miles. You’d have also probably badly stone chipped your arches with that poke. Send them back and get 20mm max, or wait until you get new wheels, and just go wider or a different offset

Good video Jesse, really hard not to get out & test things, but your keeping strong & doing the right thing. Hope you get money back on them spacers in exchange for I reckon 15mm back 10mm front. If you do roll the arches buy the proper tool on Ebay. Well it's a copy of the Eastwood tool and costs about 30 quid. Watch as many videos as possible and take it slow. Small adjustments and lots of passes with the roller and heat the area and keep it nice and warm. I've done a few and only split the paint once and it was where the paint was chipped already from rubbing. Don't be tempted to use a baseball bat or hammer them flush. Both will make a mess and result in needing paint and filler. If you were nearby I'd offer to do it but I'm in Edinburgh.

20mm for the rears and 15 for fronts and then just roll the arches a little and remove any sharp edges from in the wheel arch

I think just taking your car for a drive on your own is fine.. If not better than making an essential trip to a shop where you will come into contact with other people, driving on your own is a lot safer than going to a shop👍

Pull the handbrake hard, and try and drive off so the rear squats down, see if it clears the tyres, unless the suspension is mega stiff?

I would agree o this 10mm front and 20mm rear would be oem perfect. The rears on my motor is staggered fitment for the very reason of filling the arches and traction 😇😇👍😎

I went 25 rear 15 front on my car... (Vw scirocco) had to drop down to 20 on the rear for the same reason.. wasn’t much of a issue on the normal road but speed bumps everywhere and they rubber like a bitch ... so 5mm drop was perfect on my car.. totally different car but 5mm is nothing really when you are already going out 20 ... Keep up the good work mate
