I do like it I like both of them I need a front in loader, and I will get one. I have a 40 hp Massey Ferguson we used when we were farming but never bought a loader.

Hey buddy, can't remember if I tod you, but there is a key switch under the seat, if you engage the PTO and turn the switch it will stay engaged even if you back up. And the yellow light is a pto indicator.

Also have my eye on early 80s wheel horse c- 165 it supposedly runs and mows and the guy wants $500 for it and it is very clean. I’m thinking it’s a decent deal what is your thought?

The battery light flickering is usually a bad diode in the circuit that monitors the charging system. Has the Kohler CH22s in your 522xi had the original head gaskets replaced? Kohler sells upgraded head gaskets for them. When a head gasket in my 520xi went bad the idle was on and off a little rough but at times I could actually hear the leak at idle. Change the oil often if you are working in dusty conditions as the drain holes in the factory Kohler engine lifters were too small and they can stick if the oil gets too dirty. I have some very amateur videos showing what to address when the steering has too much slop. Toro over engineered parts of the tractor and at one time my 522xi had a full turn of the steering wheel in steering slop.

The 5xi series 60” deck is 320 pounds. I’ve had two and sold both of them. I prefer the 52”. I’d love to have a 5xi loader but they aren’t cheap.

That’s what it looks to be I’ve got one as well on my cub tractor and it’s not all that important to me like as I hear a clutch engage I know it’s on
