The Wheeling Gateway Center is a transformative project for the Main St of our downtown. Traveling to Wheeling from I-70, this property truly serves as the "gateway" to our city. This video was played as the introduction to a Community Engagement Session, where stakeholders of the project invited the community to gather and talk about their desired vision for this property.
