WHEELING MY JEEP WJ *35s and 6.5” LONG ARMS*

We took my #jeepwj on 35s and a 6.5” Long arm kit from Iron Rock Offroad to the trails today! This thing did amazing I can’t wait to see what it will do on one tons and massive tires!

I'm running metal cloak coil springs in the front of my xj they are a dual rate spring and much longer than a standard spring when there's no weight on them so they don't pop out as easily. There's a description on their website showing how their springs stay in better.

That's awesome nice setup, I have a $650 zj 4.0L was actually very clean on the outside no dents scratches or rust just has almost 300k miles on it doesn't even tick and has hours of rev limiter on it over the years but I just threw on a 3" puck lift tons of fender cutting and threw on 35s I can steer lock to lock no rubbing while flexed I just cut off the roof and ordered some 1.75" DOM for a cage and she's my bogger for under $1500 I did tons of other bleepin jeep mods as well haha also should ad it's only trailered to trails I'd imagine I don't drive well over 30mph lol

Little Man big jeep for sure lol.. the wj done a great job .my wj has the various lock axles and thay do really well for stock axles .

Yours is a inline 6 running Dana 35 rear and Dana 30 fronts ? On my WJ I have a 04 overland V8 High Output it has Dana 44 rears and Dana 30 fronts. My fronts have chromoly axles in the front and reheated to 4:10 running 35’s

Yeah I have the 35 rear 30 front. Kinda seeing what they can handle before they give out. I’m currently building a set of 05 Super duty axles to go under this Jeep.

Iv ran a wj for several yrs If you lock it its very capable on 35s I love the wjs

For sure but the axles aren’t strong so I’m not going to lock these I’ll lock the one tons I’m building for it

I just bought a 04 with the 4in long arm I had a vibration, so I changed to a double cardan drive shaft but the vibration is still there lol and it won't shift into full time only part time and 4lo .. only thing I noticed was the previous owner didn't install these 2, 2 in polymer spacers as they were in the jeep when I bought it ..any idea what they are for? It's a 4-inch rough country long arm lift
