I have lived in Central Florida and I've lived in NorCal. And a few places in between. My favorite neighborhood was my uncles neighborhood. A 1%er officer lived nextdoor to him. And many other club members lived throughout the neighborhood. I ride a 1200 Kawi. When I was younger and dumber, I came into the neighborhood one day a little hot. They politely educated me, and told me that's not how they do things. And I realized they were the reason that neighborhood was a quiet and peaceful as it was.

Going up as a kid in BK there was a 1% club a few blocks from where I live. They always looked out for the community. I remember them carrying grocery bags for grandmas on the block, and always making the community feel protected.

#GHOSTIN, I welcome MC's. They have been known to clean up a lot of BS in neighborhoods, they work when police presence doesn't. When I lived in CA years ago, there was a MC club house down the street and women and girls could safely walk down the street at 3:00 am without worry. Their club kept everything on the level, mutual respect and respect given is respect received. I wish I had one closer here where I live now. #RESPECT and #HONOR great job Sose, we appreciate what you are doing and look forward to this channel teaching everyone that the BIG BAD BIKERS are not such bad guys an ladies, we love life like everyone else, we play hard, work hard, love our families and friends and we have our clubs or just ride for the love of riding. MC culture is passionate. Stay well to you and yours and all of the brothers and sisters, ride safe!

I remember being a kid and we had a hells angels chapter president living in our culdesac. It was awesome, lots of strong older men around that took time out of their days to show the young men and kids in the neighborhood how to be men. Taught us real life skills we all carried with us through our lives. Whether it was teaching us how to work on motorcycles and cars, or how to rebuild our mom’s deck, shunned and punished theft and bad behavior in general. No need to steal bikes and rob people when the hells angels are always willing to give you a few beers and let you listen in on story swaps about the good old days. It was a good time in my life, and that neighborhood to this day is the safest and most comfortable I’ve ever felt in my life.

Sose The Ghost, Never lived by a Clubhouse but I did live where a family with 1%er and his family moved in. Some of his friends in the club also moved into the apartments that were empty. I was walking home from work and saw The Big Guy outside, (he recognized me from the grocery store I worked at). He came over introduced himself to my parents and other neighbours. Almost instantly of The Bikers moving in all the 🐂💩 stopped. For 5 years peace and quiet. #GHOSTIN

Bikers are not the bad guys they believe in freedom and don't follow the same rules as everyone else do but will stand up for their neighborhood and keep out the bad guys out of it. A Club house in your neighborhood there a lot of noise from bikes and party's but it's better than gun shots and crime .

Interesting topic - I came across your video in my feed by happenstance and it caught my attention immediately. I am by far not a biker nor am I familiar with the biker world and etiquette etcetera, but as of last year we adopted one of the big 1 % ers clubs here in the Bronx in fact directly across the street from my house in a peaceful residential area of the boro. Early on I became a bit friendly with the club president not knowing who he was at the time while he was initially scouting out the property etc... I never saw a bike or jacket - nothing. He was initially very discrete, but it was not long before I realized he was a biker. He was a very respectful and courteous gentleman, but I could tell he was rough around the edges, nonetheless. Well anyway I liked him and still do. After few more interactions with him over the course of the following weeks I finally got a glimpse of some of the tattoos he was sporting while he was working in the yard with a Guinea Tee on. The club name and logo were very apparent, and I knew no one would dare wear that name/logo without authority. Upon realizing who the new club neighbors were I was not going to be ‘that guy’ so I kept it quiet for months as renovations were made to the building and property. Mind you I was never pressured ‘not’ to say anything, but I could tell they were trying to keep a low profile and out of respect for the members a met over that time I kept it on the downlow as well. They had the same right to purchase the building and lot as anyone else could. In fact, that building remained pretty much abandoned for too many years and it was good to see it being cleaned up. Low and behold it turned out to be a good call keeping the club move on the downlow because no sooner than they hung the club name in front of the club and had a celebration of the move the clubhouse was shot up assumingly by a rival club. Well anyway initially I was torn about the move not knowing what was to come and a bit leery after the shooting and a police raid, but over the past year I learned a few of the guys names and they even learned my name and I chat with them from time to time. Like I mentioned above some of them seem a bit rough around the edges, but other than that they are simply regular hard-working good guys. I do not have problem with them, and they do not seem to have a problem with me, and they always remind everyone that they are there for us if ever need be. So far, they have been very been very quiet other than the occasional rumble of a bike coming or going. We hardly even know they are there half the time. It's all been good so far! I was wondering if anyone else had any thoughts about it?

@@BoobieMrsSose Thanks! Since the arrival of my new neighbors I have been trying to educate myself of the culture. Most of it is common sense, but for the most part I want to keep myself from inadvertently stepping on their toes. lol - Most of the guys I associate with are pretty cool. I am glad I found this channel as well. Prior to this I had very little knowledge the MC Lifestyle other than the outlaw behavior most people point out from back in the 60’s and 70’s. …and yeah, I am on the bit of the older side, but roar of the bikes does bring me some excitement. :)

1% clubhouse on my block. Major 1%, one of the local dominants. One member is on our city counsel. Good people, and you almost don't notice they're there. Generally the neighborhood has few issues with anything and they fit right in. Local Harley dealership is also on our block so we see a lot of different patches, but no beefs (at least not in the open.) If I were to use one word for their attitude toward the neighborhood, it would be protective. They tend to look after the neighborhood and they keep the peace better than the cops do.

I met an old man that lived directly next door to the Clarksville TN area’s dominant club house. When I was stationed at Fort Campbell. He said they were the nicest young men he could ask for as neighbors. They regularly checked on him, helped fix his lawnmower and when he was sick even mowed his grass for him. Said they occasionally got a little loud when they were having fun but nothing wrong with that.

I live across the street from two brothers who are in a 15 support club, and work two blocks from the 15 clubhouse, and those dudes are awesome. Registered offender move in two houses down from me. I check everyone out because I have small children. Let the support dudes know what my move was about to be when the time was right. They told me to go back home to my fam. I was a bit offended because I felt I was just paying respect by telling them what's up. I was still plotting. The dude never unpacked his shit and literally moved two days later. There was a bond made among men that can now never be broken. The rental house caught on fire a month later. Kind of crazy how shit works. 😁

When I was in my rebellious teen years the bar across the street where my mother worked was a hangout of a 1% club. Since my mother pulled the Sgt at arms over the bar for cursing they had a lot of respect for parents. If it wasn't for them I am sure I would have either ended up in jail or the grave.9 out of 10 times they would intercept me and my other like minded friends from going to do whatever it was we were going to do. They would keep in the bar hanging out with them, then send me home when they figured I wasn't going to get into trouble. A lot of my friends did have run in with the law on those nights. I have to add this because its funny as hell. There was a mugger in the neighborhood for awhile (funny he went away without law enforcement) and the Sgt at arms used to walk my mother home when she got off work around 1am. We only lived across the street. So I asked him one night why he did it and his answer was priceless "To protect the mugger".

I never went on their block for NUNTHIN because no crime ever happened there. I didn’t patrol there because they took care of their own. Except for one day. A dude robbed this lady for a purse and the foot chase was on. This dumb cat jumped the fence of the clubhouse and I didn’t peruse because I knew what was coming. I waited 6 seconds. Floods lights turned on and I heard bats and chains and some “unknown circumstances” projected him back over the fence. I said to him “ you in the wrong block cuz”. Then he wanted to press charges against the “unknown circumstances” so I said ok you wanna point him out that your funeral cuz. I told him, it looks like you jumped a fence and fell and got hurt. Church may be a lil loud if you're not into bikes, but a clubhouse opening is better than any other house "police etc..." few people are afraid of jail.... NOBODY wants to feel the chain tighten on their ankles knowing its hooked to a bike

Always positive when a motorcycle club moves into an area because it helps a lot of small businesses along with those people who don't have a lot of money when they provide dinners or fundraising events

Angels set up a clubhouse in Stockton, Ca. Some people cried scared, but that area in Stockton got peaceful real quick.

I think what destroyed my town personally was all the clubs shutting down.

I’m new to the motorcycle world and until now had a vague evil image of motorcycle clubs thanks for opening up and letting people know what it’s really about!

Another great video. My neighborhood needs a 1% club. I'd give them a warm welcome.

My personal experience the neighborhood is always better and the local clubs help clean up the surroundings area, not only clean up but give back to local churches, the homeless and schools. Speaking for myself and my (Sinland MC) club brothers, every year we do numerous fundraisers for the local community, Cancer runs, epilepsy runs, sober/ sobriety runs, toy runs, Vet suicide prevention runs and my personal favorite down syndrome awareness run. A large number of brothers don't have these personal problems nor family members with these medical issues or financial issues but we all get together to support the causes. As an established MC it's our moral duty to help give back to our communities. If you are in a club I feel if you are not looking into making your community better you are failing as an MC, One Love and Respect from SoCal. Raco Sinland MC international ground pounders #ghostin

I know you know that the 1%ers in nyc moved their clubhouse to the bronx. I leave nearby. Right away it was on the news trying to make them look bad like people were upset about it. But i never met no one complaining. I'm excited to see how they integrate into the neighborhood once they've really settled in aince they really just got here
