When she's describing Stefan becoming obsessed with her and watching her sleep, I have the nagging suspicion she is simply describing her own self and actions
@Nightfall-TCG Жыл бұрын
Yup I agree. I also think that when she was saying how he said “I don’t want you to leave, you’re not going anywhere” before their “fight” started, most likely it was the exact opposite. I have a feeling that he took the taxi drivers advice and most likely realized that she’s no good for him & probably told her she was in the wrong and that he wants her to leave and wants to end their relationship. So yeah I think she gives accurate information but explains it from the opposite pov.

Well, she said he “WAS” beating her up. Then the dispatcher asked if he was still there because she referred to the beating in past tense. She said he was and that she thinks he’s about the die. I was confused when she asked if he was beating her or about to die because those two things aren’t mutually exclusive. He WAS beating her. AND he’s about to die. Even if this truly was self defense and this woman was simply protecting her life, that could all still be true. It’s weird to nitpick that to be annoyed/suspicious about because that is honestly one of the most believable parts of her entire story

@@xXprettyxkittyXx Lol glad you all saw it. I try to look at things overall, with the trial as just one piece of everything, meaning I'd want to be *_well over_* 99% certain of guilt if I was going to convict anyone, because even if you are literally 99% sure they're guilty, that means if 1 out of 100 people who come through that courtroom are innocent, then they would be convicted anyway. Combine this with the fact that our prisons aren't meant to keep us safe so much as they are for essentially for mentally (and sometimes physically) punishing/torturing criminals, I absolutely would have to be certain to convict. 99% just ain't enough. I think a society needs to choose only one: either prisons designed to punish OR courts that don't require absolute certainty. Not both (which unfortunately is the case today as "reasonable doubt" has evolved from 1 in 1,000 chance in the 1980's to a 1 in 50 chance of false imprisonment today).
@Shinso1337 Жыл бұрын
@@ChadDidNothingWrong 99% is beyond a reasonable doubt IMO, its almost impossible to know 100% in most cases where the defendant doesn't confess. This is totally my ex Wife... After 7 years, it all finally ended on Christmas morning. I had just came out of the bathroom, as I entered the area between the dining room and the kitchen, all I saw was the flash of a Knife. A very long knife. I believe it was Devine Intervention that saved me and my 2 year old son. I don't know how I got the knife away from her, but I remember stepping backward, knocking my son down. So he didn't see his mom with the knife... This was the worst Christmas I have ever experienced. As Law enforcement here, didn't believe a word I said, but instead believed everything she told them. Even though all the physical evidence proved that I was attacked. My Hair was on the floor, I had placed the knife, on top of cupboards, out of her reach. Keeping myself between her and the kitchen. It was the worst experience in my life. I had received a copy of her statement, which revealed to me and eventually Law Enforcement, the Vile Narcissistic Person she truly is. Bingo!!! I just told my daughter the same thing. She is most definitely projecting. Especially the part where she says she asked herself if Stefan is possessed. She definitely subconsciously asks herself this question I’m sure on a daily basis. During rare moments of self reflection she probably questions all of her horrible behavior and wonders if she does it because she is possessed. I left my management job of 5 yrs after dealing with a superior exactly like this woman. I was only working with her for two, but she always had some crazy story to tell, or gossip about someone and she always had to play it up and be super dramatic. She wasn’t entirely hard to get along with-until you disagreed with her. Then she went into panic mode. She became almost like a child “please! Just-you gotta do this thing! Please I NEED this done NOW! Please please!” She would do it until you just did it to shut her up. Which ended up getting worse when her personal life was a wreck. Then it became unbearable. Eventually I had my own home issues and needed to be home by a specific time everyday. Since suddenly I couldn’t work 10-12 hr days for her, I was called lazy. I “NEVER did ANYTHING to help her. Ever!” Not even once thru the whole time of being there apparently 🙄 Eventually I had a mental breakdown and we got into a shouting match and she called me a baby, called me selfish, childish, I wasn’t helping her, I was lazy etc. So I threw my keys on the ground and left. It sucked bc I NEEDED to have a steady income at the time. Living paycheck to paycheck, but she had become unhinged and I couldn’t stay there anymore. After I left my former coworkers told me all the lies she came up with. Saying I assaulted her, that I “went crazy” and painted herself as the victim. 🙄 I am in a much better job now, been there nearly a year and loving it! ❤

I walked away from a relationship like that. Once she started drinking she didn't know when to stop, and would start ranting that I was looking at other women. She drove my family away by acting sullen when they came to visit, she drove my cat out of the house depite having lived with her son who had had a dog. Of couse, I had to welcome HER family when they came to visit and act as a taxi driver every time they wanted to go anywhere. Eventually I said enough is enough and told her I would sooner die alone than live with her a day longer.

She made a fatal mistake at 48:20 when she said when she judged him he would "regress". Portraying him as mousey, childlike, frail man...hardly a man that would attack her and overpower her. (I think she realized her mistake, because immediately after she began to fumble her words trying to 'recover' but couldn't think of what to say.) A lot of people with Narcissistic personality traits don't like someone else being in control, so if he was trying to break it off with her aka: stop taking care of her, then I could totally see how things could turn violent.

Man, I lived with a friend who was like this lady. When I first knew her, she was cool and hyper and kinda kooky but always positive. But she was always intoxicated. So when she stopped drinking, she started on these pills and started getting very mean, had narcissistic traits such as, she never apologized for anything. Never thought she did anything wrong. Had a grandiose image of herself. She knew it all. And she would get with these older men who would buy her everything but she was so mean to them. And would misinterpret things they would do or say as a caring partner as something that she was doing wrong and an Insult to her intelligence. I had to leave after 6 months of her on and off behavior. She was my friend for 10 years but that last year she completely changed and said she sold her soul to the devil and she would get so angry when I would take care of her cat and pet it while she would be so aloof and mean to it when it came to her for affection or was just running around the house being a kitten. I feel bad for that cat and I often think about stealing it. Police have said if there's no physical proof of her being abusive to the cat then there is nothing they could do.
