Yeah that'd be great but there's about a 0.5% chance of getting either Clarkson or Hammond on, let alone all three, they're worldwide stars now. Maybe back in 2001 you'd have had a chance. I could see May doing it though, he's doing some small bits and bobs on KZbin and he lives in London so it wouldn't be a huge amount of effort for him to show up on an episode one day if he hasn't got anything else on.

About getting a motorcycle license. My dream for a long time has been to get a lot of them. Not any in particular, but just being able to operate it. Having that feeling when you walk around town and see any vehicle and be like "yeah I can do that" Motorcycle, car, lorry, bus, plane, heli, tractor. Just a quick one on smart motorways, might be worth mentioning this in a future podcast, if you breakdown in a live lane, dial 999 and get out the car. I am a HETO and the amount of times people just sit and do nothing as if a miracle will happen is baffling. Also, people should be more aware, just because you have puncture, doesn't mean you can't keep moving. Even if there is no tyre left, in my eyes, my rim is worth less than my life. If I ruin a wheel moving my car, then oh well, it's easily replaced. Would be great for you guys to mention this in a future episode, raises awareness and might save a life. Loving the podcasts, always a great listen!

Hi guys! Listening to your podcast urged me to share my short story. I start riding when i was 14yo with my friends to school in Portugal. I used to rode past my best friends house every morning and we rode to school together. When we were 17 he had an accident with his bike (unstrapped helmet), front wheel got stuck in a metal drain that was unsecured. He unfortunately catapulted, helmet gone then he hit his head on the tarmac and there was no salvation... Me and most of my friends sold our bikes and I thought I would never get on a bike anymore. Came to live and work in London in 2014, hating commuting by public transportation (2h commute) I bought a car and share the expenses with a work colleague. I then changed jobs 2 years ago and couldn’t afford the car by myself. Decided to buy a 125cc Yamaha YS, then a Honda CBR125R...commute is now less than 45minutes but at 29yo wanted some more power so got myself a 2015 Yamaha MT09, (car wise had a EP3, bmw e36 320i, bmw e46 328ci...still want to own a fast car but the bike does the trick for now.) Did my DAS just after lockdown with only one day of training for Mod1 and one day of for Mod2, passed both at first try. Riding a motorcycle does make you better driver, always looking ahead to what’s “coming”. Thank you for your podcast, keep up the good work. PS: Get Jack a motorbike!

In the real world, where you don't seem to live and most people don't have a torque wrench, tightening snug and a bit with a short socket wrench will suffice. In fact, Alex recommends a novice checks out ChrisFix on how to change oil. ChrisFix says, and I quote "tighten it, and once it's snug, give it a little extra turn". Also, in the video where Ethan services his Jazz without a torque wrench, Alex tells him "you don't want to go tight with the sump plug too much". But I guess you think Alex is spouting dangerous nonsense? It's a sump plug not a head bolt you plonker. All the best
