Yes, and they just don't get it. I think they have entitlement issues, perhaps a splash of mental illness. They are combative, to the wrong person. It boggles the mind that people behave like this because most of us wouldn't dream of behaving like that in court. Or anywhere. My ex-husband was that personality type, very abusive. He began to get in trouble with drugs and I was the one with the money. So I was always paying bail and hiring attorneys. Then he would show up to court and behave worse than some of these people. He would cuss out the judge and give them the riot act. I would say to him, why are you doing this!? I couldn't understand it. But it's just his personality type whether he's high or not. I do think it is some type of mental illness that they have where they have no impulse control. They are not able to control themselves or say no to drugs or whatever. Perhaps it's entitlement.??

The woman who wanted to go to rehab instead of jail: Since she was given 180 days in jail, I would give her one year in a lockup rehab facility where she is gradually weaned off drugs, alcohol, given drug and alcohol aversion therapy, physical therapy, good organic, vegan nutrition. 45 minutes a week with psychologist (not required to talk, just be in his/her office). Private room, bath. Kids, pets always allowed. Help with housing. Random drug/alcohol testing for ten years after release. Right back in if positive test. Online or in facility work options available. In the long run, this would save way more money than it cost the taxpayers. If her crime involved harming someone, may need jail time before rehab. Prescription mind altering drugs would also be weaned off. If needed, would be replaced by holistic therapy (vitamins, safe herbs, physical, psychological therapy).

I only clicked on this video to see what Karen's were sentenced to prison. These are just random women being sentenced. Not nice fooling your audience.

These judges prove the weakness of the system... given 300 days for contempt but only serves 88? and the lack of fear in these defendants shows
@rickytorres9089 Жыл бұрын
It was for dramatic for better understandings. Law allows for 93 for that crime if I heard correctly. If you were to tell her straight up "88" she wouldn't not relate. That why the judge knew he had to make a karen move back at her.
