@powerman1993tk
@powerman1993tk 4 жыл бұрын
@@ahdexter7688 crazy thing is Pippen wasn't shit his first 3 seasons in the NBA. It wasn't till 1991 did Pippen become a player who could score 20ppg and play great defense. Who do you think molded Pippen into a great player? Michael Jordan did. Name an all time great who won a championship all by himself? You can't cause even Larry Bird needed all stars around him. Magic had Kareem, Shaq & Kobe, Kobe and Gasol, Lebron & Wade & Bosh, Lebron & Kyrie & Love. Your point makes no sense. Michael Jordan won all 6 rings with 1 all star, let that sink in. Their is a reason Michael Jordan had to average 33ppg in the playoffs & finals, cause Jordan had one if not the lowest scoring supporting casts leading into any finals. Most of the players on the Bulls during the finals averaged single digits except Pippen who averaged 18 to 20ppg and sometimes Kukoc. But explaining this to you because your so young and would never understand is pretty pointless. Remember NO ONE in NBA history averaged more points per game in the regular season & post season then Michael Jordan. 10 Scoring titles and 6-0 in the finals with 6 finals MVPS. That means it was all about MJ. You gonna learn son!

11-9 my ass. There's no way Jordan would tell him to "look around, what do you see?" if he'd only beaten him by 2. He must have at least doubled his score. And he did it easily. Now Corey's transferring his anger to his daughter, telling her to go out and mug people on the court. REAL CLASS ACT.

@@KleinmeisterPang The goal was to teach the kid a lesson he could never forget. The lesson was that the kid ended the session all sweaty and losing by far while the out of shape retired guy was still cold with his pants on. And he still had tons of energy to spare in talk to remind him that everything Bulls is deeply and forever tied to MJ. And that this rookie is a nobody that should learn to keep his mouth shut and work harder if he want to become someone some day. Then the kid still bragging that he only lost by 2 points was just proof that he didn't understand the lesson. And everybody who knew the truth could easily understand he would never achieve anything because he can't learn from his own mistakes even after being ass-whipped in front of everyone.

@@SZ-ZS- Many people think of athletes as something lesser than other professions. They would call these legends just simple ball players who make too much money. I will say this, I served in the Army for a short bit and trained for what I did, and in many cases my team was some of the best guys at their jobs in the battalion. But when I see something like this video between Jordan and Benjamin, it validates the reason for always training. Always staying sharp. Because you can always do better. Perfection being impossible is no excuse to not try for it. It is inspiring. It is more than just simple ball players. It is pure discipline. And that can be applied to Basketball, or Soldiering, or Carpentry, or any other aspect of life.

“Look around you, what do you see ?” Sit down and don’t ever call me out of retirement again to do this s*%t” 😂. Aside from being the GOAT, MJ is from the master trash talking generation. Fully fit rookie getting schooled by a man, who’s been out on the golf course for a year. #Levels

I interviewed Elton Brand when he was with the Clippers. I asked at the end "As a fan of the Bulls growing up... what the was the score between Jordan and Benjamin?" Brand said "Off the record... 19-6. MJ wasn't trying. I remember shaking my head and asking Corey 'what did you do?'"
@CLM1987

Why was it "off the record?" Is Brand scared of Corey Benjamin or something?
@captin3149
@captin3149 2 жыл бұрын
@@CLM1987 No, more than likely they went with the fake score to preserve Benjamin's public ego a bit. He's still playing. MJ Knew he won, and he proved his point, the actual numbers don't matter to him except for the people who were there. (My opinion at least)
