At 20 years old, with 48 kg weight does place you on the lower end of the BMI. However, the fact that you feel healthy and do not have any health issues is a positive sign. To increase your weight in a healthy manner, focus on a balanced diet rich in nutrients. Include a mix of protein-rich foods like lean meats, eggs, beans, and nuts, as well as healthy fats from sources like avocados, olive oil, and nuts. Incorporate whole grains, fruits, and vegetables for fiber and essential vitamins. Eating small, frequent meals can help you consume more calories throughout the day. Additionally, strength training exercises can help build muscle mass, which can contribute to weight gain. It's also beneficial to consult a nutritionist to create a personalized plan that fits your specific needs.
