If you don’t mind, it’s okay if you’re busy, but if someone can please pray for my healing and for my anxiety to go away, I pray non stop about it, I can’t leave my house some days, I will stay in bed days at a time I’m so miserable, I cry so much. My anxiety makes me feel like im dying. I can’t breathe, I hyper ventilate, I throw up, I pass out. Im suffering please help me. I can’t do this alone my brothers and sisters. Please pray for me. My youth pastor sent me this video when I was 19, I'm 24 now. Back then I thought there was no way out of suffering from anxiety and depression. I had dropped my college courses and was hiding from God because I kept feeling ashamed for coming to him with the same issues for so long. I was emotionally numb and spiritually drain. I felt I got no rest from constant struggle with my mental and physical health. This sermon helped me to grow in a way I never thought possible. I went back to school and completed my courses and I did fall again but never as hard as that previous time. I went from not being able to make eye contact with people to not feeling anxious talking in front of a crowd. I sang solos I'm front of our full church, over a thousand people and people streaming.I made it 2 years into my studies before the pandemic hit and online classes weren't easy for me so I had to take another break. However, In that break I never lost faith and I never will. I will forever be grateful for the things God has shown me to keep me going. I never thought I'd make it past 19. I'm so happy to still be here and to be able to share to encourage someone else in a similar place to where I was

I’m a sophomore in highschool and this sermon made me cry. Recently, I’ve just had anxiety attack after anxiety attack, every morning, all mornings. The pain is so hard to deal with. The chest pains, dizziness, nausea, abdominal stress, weakness, etc. it hurts so bad but I’m really working on believing that God is there for me and will turn this into something amazing!

I’ve been struggling with anxiety Attacks back to back and it’s been scary. I been to the emergency room 4 times now thinking something is seriously wrong. After watching videos on YT I get the overwhelming feeling that God is using this as a test or preparation for something bigger. Since I came to Christ I never had issues with faith, things would happen to me and I knew I’d be fine because the Lord has me. I have stopped smoking cigarettes. I have stopped drinking. I stopped marijuana for 3 days now. I want to become a Healthy person, for me and my family. I am trying to stop watching pornography. I know it’s no excuse. But I blame my childhood for my pornography. I’m trying here, trying very hard. What feels like my heart, Keeps skipping a beat every couple weeks, I feel like it is from those addictions. I don’t fully believe in Jesus because I have other things to work before I make that commitment. God helped me stop smoking cigarettes. I feel like he made me realize the dangers, even know I don’t know for sure, I feel like he has been there every step of the way. I have anxiety and it’s debilitating at times. I was suffering for the longest time... I was anxious for a week. I had at least 2-3 anxiety attacks a day. A was getting very sick and tired. I was physically weak as well as mentally. So I began to pray daily I attended church, I read the Bible and completed over 6 plans in that span on the Bible app. It was the hardest time in my life, but God heard me and he lifted me up. After weeks of suffering And in the matter of two days I felt a better getting slowly better. And one day I snapped (today) and I feel like I won’t have anxiety again and will follow in gods ways and will still be a Christian. I am happy to say that today I’m a Christian.

So I was listening to different kinds of music (worldly) on KZbin and for some reason this video popped up on my list.... not sure why because I've never heard of you before. As soon as I watched it, I felt the presence of God upon me and when you talked about the verses 1 Peter 5:6-7, I'm writing down and putting it on my mirrors as a reminder that I can get trough my anxiety and depression. When my phone dyed, I rushed to my charger and heard Gods voice clearly said, "The reason why you're going through this horrible trial is because the devil knows that you're so close to a break through. Don't give up on me just yet!". I have the chills and started balling my eyes out. I thank God for having me hit play and watching this.

I've been suffering from fear and anxiety for the past year more stronger than ever before. I started to feel like I'm going to die, having negative thoughts of death wondering if my time is near or not, focusing on too much of death thoughts, starting to feel like if these were just thoughts or if I was having signs or just feeling this way because of the things I've witnessed before. I've had a pastor speak a lot of curses and other people as well so I was thinking I was having these thoughts for sitting under the curses. This sermon helped me realize all these thoughts were just thoughts like I felt they were and confirmed that I am in the middle of these thoughts with pride being the root and the fruit being anxiety. Humbling myself truly means allowing God to take over my mind and not think about anything that is negative. For some time now I thought I had no control of it, but now I know it's the devil roaring looking to devour me by trying to drive me crazy. Thank you Jesus for your word and confirmation that I can allow myself get in my own way by not allowing God to take over my thoughts by praying and not removing myself after I pray. I pray but I would then start again thinking instead of praying and clearing my mind and allowing God to fill me up. I still believe that God is in control and will get me through this. Thank you God!

I lost my son to gun violence 10/3/2019 sitting on my bed, looking out the window, witnessing my son getting killed and not knowing that was my son. Everyday we are faced with battles, but everyday we are also faced with new blessings. Sometimes getting out of bed is a war zone in your mind but when you focus on the threat you will experience fear but if you focus on jesus you will experience faith. Faith can move mountains. I suffered from panic attacks and anxiety to where I couldn't even leave my house and by Gods grace I'm a successful store manager and keep pushing even on the days I dont want to get out of bed. I'm living proof that medicine isnt always needed I gave my heart to God and am forever changed

Honey you can over come this with prayer. You can take medication till you heal I been suffering for over 10 yrs with anxiety which became depression. I took medication for a yr prayed and my prayers have been answered I'm no long on medication. It comes and goes at times but I can now deal with it. Get better sweetie

I found this at 3:00 in the morning, my anxiety keeps me up because I'm anxious and scared, I came across this message and God spoke to me so well and brought me to tears. Thank you Pastor Furtick God bless you man! And as it said in this sermon.. "resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings." 1 Peter 5:9 Having an anxiety disorder makes it tough, but I pray that God uses it to draw me closer to Him.
