Just a fun fact: the motorcyclist who pulled the others brake in the first clip is Romano Fenati, he got fired from his team a day later and is also the motorcyclist seen kicking another during a pre-race later in the video

he should've been banned for life cause what he did to manzi (the rider that he nearly "killed") was very disgraceful act and also count as attempted murder. yet somehow he still got a seat in moto3 this season. i just hope that this incident will never happen again.

You drink a coffee, this is cheating for athlete. This is not so easy to get the right line between cheating or not. It was not acceptable to cheat when I studied because I had a social environment difficult with a super low income of 12,000$ per years. In Canada, if you are an university student, you are an homeless with this income. I tried so hard because I had few friend and people who trusted me. You know, I have seen super rich people who cheated and it was acceptable, it was not to be second. They receive much more than me. I had a good diploma with a lot of people who hated me around. They lose much more to be second. I don't think they see their medals. They only try a better result each time.

Sometimes they cheat the simple way. They get a faster runner to carry their bib or shoe tag so they don't even have to run the race. All they really wanted was the finisher medal. With pandemic virtual races, you can just have someone carry your Garmin, or maybe just go for a nice slow bicycle ride. Virtual races are on the honor system, and some people have none.

The rider who pulled the brakes of his opponent is Romano Fenati. Later that year he had his racing license revoked for the reminder of the 2018 season in addition to the 2 race ban. He was also dropped by his team for dangerous conduct and had his 2019 moto3 contract cancelled. Prior to that in 2015 Fenati kicked another rider during a warm-up lap and also turned the rider's engine off during the practice start. He was sacked from his team the following year.

@VagueMemory
@VagueMemory 3 жыл бұрын
You have to watch the entire match to understand. Each time the team captain glanced over at the screen, he completely changed his tactics in ways that made no sense for someone who had no vision of the map. It is only when you have vision of the map that you see his changes in tactics were undoubtedly tied to his peek at the screen and each time he even relayed the info to his team. Even if the screen shouldn't be visible, it was obvious that he was intentionally looking at it to gain an advantage. All of the other teams managed to refrain from looking at it. The fine was justified when considering the amount of prize money the other team lost due to outright cheating.

Because she was no longer a member of USFSA, she was unable to then compete in sanctioned events, including the World Championships. However, her career wasn't doing well before that. While she had been a rising star in the ice skating world, she had been faltering in competition for over 2 years before this incident, and was in real danger of not making the Olympic team. Cause sports are dumb like that. Football players where protective gear yet they think they're tanks and the injuries are usually minor in some cases, but football players treat it as such a big deal. Motorcycle racing is obviously much more dangerous as you're torpedoing down a track at over 100 MPH and one slip up can mean your life.

He has a KZbin-Channel and Twitch Account called "Daniel Abt" and the reason for his "cheat" was pure entertainment. There is no Pricepool for the tournament and he even said in an stream weeks before the actual cheat, that he thinks it would be funny to let someone else drive for one race. So basically all I want to tell you is, that he did indeed cheat, but he didn't want to get an advantage or win a price, he did it just for entertainment reasons for the fans. @@Andr-Eix you're right but also "just" falling off is the smallest problem thanks to the protective gear they wear The bigger problem is more losing control and being crushed by hitting a wall or by your bike.
