BUT if he was a victem at first the moment he takes the keys makes him no longer a victem. DO NOT let him get back in his car. At this point this is theft. Also NEVER leave your keys in the bike. if you take your helmet off and talk to him and deescalate the situation is a better course of action, but have your mate ready to call the police if it escaltes.

IF a car drive could take out a bike's mirror after they did something stupid that rider would NOT see it as justified and would also try to chase that car driver down.

Nothing to do with going too fast for your skill level and it is not something that only applies to bikers. It is however used very often by bikers as an excuse for going too fast for their skill level.

He edited it out because the muppet is 100% wrong! He believes because a vehicle is turning from a "Main Road" into another road he then has priority which is the furthest thing from the truth! The driver in this instance was already committed on the "Main Road" so if an accident happened the muppet 4StrokeChaz would have been liable as he is not "Giving Way" from his junction. The biker should 100% hand his licence back (If he has one) because he does not even know the basic Highway code.

How did the first video result in the biker not catching a charge when he broke the vehicle's mirror? He's lucky that particular driver wasn't a fighter since most times times these riders only do it because they're confident they'll get away from the driver. They typically don't expect the drivers to be able to catch up with them. I'd bet more than half these riders wouldn't smash mirrors if they were not confident in escaping.

1) happy to see that biker in the first video get confronted about smashing the car's mirror. So many time they get away. Drivers make mistakes, and that doesn't give anyone the right to damage their vehicle if they made you wet your pants a little. 2) RiderGee could have avoided going down in the traffic circle had he not panic braked. You can clearly see him reach out and super squeeze that brake lever.

So the first guy “4 stroke chaz” broke the guys mirror because he almost killed him. Now if you will go and watch his videos on his page you will see that chaz is a cbt rider meaning he can max ride 125cc but has videos if himself driving 600cc+ dangerously. The rule for a side mirror to be knocked out of place is that you get away with it by accelerating away very quick. In this instance, the rider got caught and has to face the punishment of criminal damage. It really doesn't get any simpler than that. The b**** guy taking the keys was out of order, so the biker should of took his key. At the end of the day if it is all recorded then it is down to the police to sort it out.
