As the book came to its end, I cried my heart out. Literally sobbing for hours. I am just so happy about their love.

Just finished this book, eyes full of tears. Such a powerful story and life to have lived. What a blessing it was to get to know Paul through this book, and to hear his voice here.

Paul Kalanithi's bravery is immense and admirable as we can feel through the book he left. And I have just as much admiration when I see this strong woman doing multiple public interviews to talk about something so raw and personal all out of the love she bears for her late husband and her desire to honor his dying wish. Bravery and love feeds bravery and love. These 2 have deserved each other in the best way possible.

Paul gave profound insight into how meaning transforms suffering to more than cruelty & unfairness. As if that wasn't enough, his writing is exquisite. Dr. Lucy Kalanithi makes these gifts available. Thank you.

Madam my Professors Shyama Sundara Joshi and Shantha Joshi at UAS Bangalore have intensely researched on the tree Simarouba glauca from Veneauella. The bark and leaf powder of this tree is serving as phyto chemo therapy and is curing several poor patients of cancer. I somehow felt, if Dr Paul and /or yourself had some knowledge about this plant may be his precious life would either have been saved or atleast prolonged a few more precious years or months. Kindly examine this plant and 46:01 help several poor cancer patients in the US. This is only a suggestion but you are an expert doctor to make your decision. God bless. Especially i liked the use of Shanti.
