Bro did you really just say that. There are thousands of stories of women not getting treated seriously when they are abused domestically, sexually, and more. They are kidnapped or murdered and police view them as runaways, even when the perpetrators are caught for rape, murder, violence, etc, they can get less that 10 years and can even get a few months in prison. Especially if the perpetrators are rich, they can get let off for a few years (few can even mean a year or two). Of course, many men are not taken seriously in these aspects, but these crimes happen a LOT with women, yet punishments are never just for them, especially places outside of America where it’s more patriarchal. You can’t just say a system is unfair for one specific gender because things are very nuanced, obviously some parts of the justice system is more unfair because everyone has a bias that can effect the outcome. The only thing people can do is change these aspects to be more fair, so if there is a movement for a specific part of a system, people automatically tear it down because “what about this example…” that’s not the point. The point is the make at least one thing more fair for people.
