I feel like Clint did it because all the other deaths have signs of foul play, such as lying on their backs (easier to push somebody backwards than forwards), Willy having drowned (A fisherman of his skill would likely know how to swim), and a few other examples, but Clint's death is the only one that has a high likely hood of self-infliction / suicide, possibly he couldn't take the grief and decided to end it all, or was trying to put the blame on somebody else before the police arrested him.

Not a mod but there's a game currently in development where every playthrough a villager is randomly the killer and as you can choose to investigate or not as you live your daily lives, you can even accidentally or not accidentally date the killer.

It could've been worse if one or two villagers were left alive. I think the best candidates would be Sebastian and the wizard. Sebastian would always stay in his room, and he would be so depressed that he wouldn't even realize that he was being fed by ghosts. The wizard could be found in random places in the valley, but if you try to get to him he just runs and/or teleports away.

i wish there was a mod (or even a DLC) where you, the player, come to Stardew Valley with a friend or a relative, but after you move there, people in the valley suddenly start Dissapearing, and you as the player launch into an investigation as to who is behind it all, and you have to gather evidence as well as to make sure you are not blamed and executed and that you manage to find who it is BEFORE everyone but you is dead. of course, the killer would have to be randomized as to who is the killer, and the "Relative" is a sort of Tutorial villain. and each person would have a sort of Signature that could tie them into it, but most characters have a "Sibling signature" that makes it harder to distinguish who of between 2 to 4 people it could be. it would be an AWESOME mod as well as an incredible Speed Run related Challenge!!

I think Caroline and Pierre were Pierre followed her to the Wizard Tower found out about the affair and killed her then Pierres body was found just south of the tower so i think the wizard murdered him after he killed Caroline

What I think happened is that Caroline discovered Abigail's body and went to tell the wizard (following the theory that the wizard is the father). The wizard grew upset and they ended up fighting about it leaking to Caroline's death

Theory: Stardew Valley has been cursed from the beginning. Anyone who has been there for long enough is destined to have a horrible death. The only thing keeping people from dying are The Dwarf, Krobus, and Rasmodius. After The Witch sabatoged a teleportation spell The Wizard was performing, most of the town died. The people protected under Krobus left out of fear, but went too far from their protection spell. Only newcomers and monsters, who are protected by The Dwarf, remain.
