@@maksik_1204 it was a power struggle and flick wasn't interested in it.and i think bayern members didn't interfere because they saw this as a win-win situation.germany gets a top coach and potentialy becomes a top national team again and bayern get a young and promising coach long term.

As an Eintracht Frankfurt fan i would never want to change the system we have here in the Bundesliga.50+1 is a must and should be implemented in the whole of Europe.I would never want an English style where you have this Holywood football,but the football created by the working class people has now became a playground for rich businessman for Arab countries and the USA.The ordinary fan is slowly pushed out of the stadiums and tourists and rich peoples kids are there now.The whole football over there in England is losing it's spirit and because of this the atmospheres in stadiums is just terrible and not even compareble to those in the Bundesliga.Cheers and greetings from Westerwald,Germany.

the Bundesliga must control the amount of money charged to the fans so that all the clubs have a certain number of fans. If not, they will not be allowed into the league and will have to try to get new members. This also increases the exposure of football around the world.

There are also clubs completely owned by their fans. All decisions are made by the fans. That's the true meaning of fanowned football. The German 50+ 1 rule is a good means to protect the name. shirt etc of the club. At Barcelona the fans can choose the president , usually the guy who promises to buy the best players. That has nothing to do with true fan ownership. Examples of fanowned clubs are AFC Wimbledon, FC United of Manchester , many Scottish clubs, , KSK Beveren and Lyra Lierse in Belgium, Austria Salzburg, HFC Falke in Hamburg , quite some Italian and Eastern European teams. There's a lively fanowned scene in Israel and even across the pond in the States. Not 50 +1 but 100%.

Wouldnt outside investor just need a few fans to agree with them to get a majority vote. If its say its 100 fans. They vote and 2 people side with outside invester 2/100×50%+49.9999% > 50%

How are Spanish teams like Rma,Barcelona and Bilbao owned,is it 50+1 or completely owned by fans?
@purushothaman66983 жыл бұрын
Real Madrid, Barcelona, Athletic Bilbao and Osasuna are owned together by the Socios (members) whereas other clubs are public/private owned

@@purushothaman6698 so they are completely owned by fans(socios) right?
@Fiago3 жыл бұрын
Yeah, similar to what the people above said: Barça, Real, Bilbao & Osasuna have the Socio System. Fully owned by their fans, but still those fans have almost no power other than electing the president every few years. During that period the board can pretty much decide it all themselves...so it’s not like 50+1
@patibandlanikhil31013 жыл бұрын
@@Fiago but I guess they have some power to bring down president as in case of bartomeu before his resignation there was movement to bring him down by collecting signatures
@purushothaman66983 жыл бұрын
@@patibandlanikhil3101 Socio run clubs are complex. Take Real Madrid for example, the Socios are regarded as owners but don't have much say in the decisions except for voting for President (no proper elections due to Perez) and board members (5% of the total Socios) who actually run the club. Also the club's aren't public like the German ones with 50+1 rule and 100% of the club is owned by the clubs. Sounds cool until you realise that shares can't be sold off in case of financial crisis. But at the same time Socio clubs come under the not-for-profit category which means the interest rates on loans are less than those for public clubs.
