I swapped the hoverclock for the regular more ammo no focus fire slow down at all and kept the special powder as my primary traverse tool now. Still keep running out of ammo before everyone else. Scout life in a nutshell. Not many people seem to realize that the kit is meant to snipe the few distant targets and everyone else is supposed to get the swarms. Gunner keeps wasting ammo on trying to snipe and isn't focused on the swarm. Basically I don't run out and stay in line with all other depletion if the rest of the team is focused on everything but distant targets.

The only thing that isn't impressive about this clip is this teams game knowledge. After filling a refinery has to be the worst time to do a machine event. This is because of an unusual but aptly named phenomenon: The Ceaseless Swarm. Instead, I would recommend doing it after the pipes break because that's when swarms are disabled.
