@zrk9a No. Don't be an hour late. That will just annoy her. If you're a little later text her when you're gonna be there. Although, most women wouldn't be comfortable with you picking her up from her house on the first date (if it's from online dating) because you could be a creep. And if you're meeting somewhere, don't be late or she might leave. If you do pick her up at her house, don't honk. Either call/ text or just go inside. You don't want to piss off her neighbors either. Don't bring flowers on the first date no. She'd have to drag them everywhere and it's kinda weird. Save the flowers for a later date. Actually go to the destination. They want to get to know you a little better before they sleep with you. They don't want you to think you're kidnapping them.

@@ktefccre The real lesson is don't date American women. Period. Been there, done that. Bunch of neurotic psychos or unfaithful wh*r*s. Of the four brothers in my family, three of us married women overseas and we all are happily married, while the fourth brother keeps dating American women and going from terrible relationship to the next, literally abusive relationships, one took knives to her arms and throat whenever he tried to break up, even damaged a wall at a work party celebrating his 5 year work anniversary in a jealous rage because a coworker that was female gave him a compliment (everyone was, that was the POINT of the celebration). Another time she blocked his path from exiting a room and kicked a hole in the wall. And she wasn't even the most crazy of his gf's that's what's insane. When I dated American women, my first girlfriend when I was only 13 was like that too (threatened suicide if I left her, but at least didn't cut herself or put knives to herself) and another when I was 15 that was unfaithful, and another after I started dating non-white chicks that was verbally abusive, even in front of my family, at which point they had an intervention for me to get me to break up which I did and I realized that even americanized immigrants are just as bad or can be even more american than americans so I went overseas (btw don't date online or penpals, they have escapist personalities which is a huge red flag and means highly likely to cheat on you) which was the best decision I ever made in my life. I met so many phenomenal women in such a short time and I highly recommend dating women back to back, like 2 lunches with different women (keep room in your stomach), no dinners, and like have 15 lunches a week with different girls and interview them all, ask trick questions to really discover their personalities (i.e. if they like America, that's a red flag because you ask "Why?" and they will always list Hollywood, celebrities, or luxuries/materialistic reasons).

This is actually very good advice, but it's obviously being played off for laughs. Taking a girl to a fancy dinner on the first date, is a ridiculous idea. First dates should be about talking and getting to know each OTHER not experiencing something else. That's what anniversaries are for. Meet and walk, or meet at a cafe. That way leaving is easy, and you're not trapping a girl into the formality of a full dinner. Just talk about each other, share your lives story, and then, if the vibe is right, invite her to dinner at your house. And breakfast in the morning. Why not, as long as she feels safe and knows she can leave at any moment, just go for it.

Once I had a course about social psychology and our professor said things like "If a guy buys you flowers, throw them at his face" "Giving your jacket to a woman is misogynistic" etc. and I neved did these kind of things to my girlfriend because with the things our professor taught us I thought these behaviors are "misogynistic, women-hating, heteronormative behaviors".
