The Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi comes to mind-that everything is impermanent, incomplete, and imperfect. Goals change. Dreams change. If one doesn't work out, we can choose and work towards a different one. Never forget your power of choice. 💡

Going to quit my job of 13 years in a month, go to England for 7 weeks and get a different job when I get back. My dream is still to relocate to the UK and I WILL NOT give up on that. Been an LPN for over 30 years. I'm so damn tired. The worst thing I did was live my life for everyone but myself and esp what my family thought.

Chased a dream across the country, now that I’m here it’s not at all what I want anymore. I traded a stagnant life back home for a stagnant one here. Thank you, Tim! You are spot on with this. We planned our dream life 2 years ago. Sold everything, left our city, and BAM! Life hit and we were stuck. The Universe wasn't ready for us to do it yet. Now, after we stopped trying, LOL, it happened. We feel like we are living our dream now by living overseas. It is temporary but we are so grateful for this time. Now we feel like we can move forward to other dreams. We appreciate these videos so much!

We dream for things (external changes)because we think it will make us feel “better”. We forget that it’s an internal shift that we really desire (feeling is internal). Your “challenges” are meant to create/ evoke the internal shift that’s needed to make you feel better. We all deserve to feel better but the mind and heart needs healing/ re-teaching. ❤

What's up brother? I like this one that you're doing, because you hit the nail on the head with the Greyhound bus example. You are right, you must take your time traveling the road of life. That's the only way you can see what's really out there. Think about the things you miss flying from point A-B. I look at driving the same way. There's just too much to see as well as people to meet along the way. God Bless you brother. Peace!

Good message Tim. I've pursued My dream of even growing on youtube for the last 12 years along with many other things but I found myself still working the 9-5 in a warehouse and my dreams kept running away as I chased them. The warehouse job is fairly easy and ok money but chasing my dreams was wearing me down more than showing signs of working out in my favor so I backed off of them..for now. I'm fairly content with my weekends off and freedom of a weekly paycheck so I just decided to take a break from chasing dreams at this point of my life and pick it up again later. Love your videos.

I chased what I thought was my dream. I got it and realised it isn't it. I thought my dream was a corporate job. I got it. But it's not my dream, what I want is to have a small art business. Had that for years but I talked myself out of it but I won't do that anymore. Chasing the corporate job wasnt all bad though I've got some INCREDIBLE new skills and opportunities that have opened up to me since getting that job. I'm going to learn everything I can in corporate marketing so one day I can market my own art business. Everything happens for a reason

But I can say that even though I am not "there", I am closer now...life isn't easy and it is a weirdo but yea, one step at a time, one day at a time, and keeping the focus...maybe we'll get there before we die? I am still chasing my dream. I am not quitting. People who quit ended up unhappy and dead. So don't ever quit. If women go ahead and marry and have children, their children and husbands will hate them because the women don't want to be mothers or wives.... My cousin was 90 years old.... still didn't want her children, but she had a great career, she was so happy after she left her husband and children and went to college and became a dentist assistant. If I'm 70 something, I am still not going to quit.
