Here’s how I’ve rationalized blatantly ignoring likely lethal mechanics to my healers in end-game raids: If I don’t have to move: I’ll arguably be able to do maximum damage capable in that role. Yes, I will likely get walloped on occasion and take an entirely avoidable hit for absurd damage. However, if *YOU* heal my stationary character, your healing logs will look better in kind. Also, you’ll have one less cat to corral.

I do P12S as both dps and a healer and I would say the difficulty from easiest to hardest is Healers < DPS < Tanks, simply because of the priority system.
