Quentin Tarantino appeared in Takashi Miike's Sukiyaki Western Django, Matthew Settle (from Ouija movie) showed up in Indonesian superhero movie called "Valentine", John Cena side by side with Jackie Chan in Hidden Strike, Thomas Krestchmann acted alongside Song Kang-Ho in "A Taxi Driver", and even back in 90s, Frank Zagarino, Hollywood's most wanted B-action movie star, has appeared in some of Indonesian B-movies.

Ah shoot I knew I missed someone in the Japanese section, yeah I remember Quentin in that film, thanks for reminding me. I didn’t know about John Cena, to be fair he is pretty hard to see, should’ve included him. I did come across A Taxi Driver in researching this but I didn’t include it because I didn’t think Thomas Kretschmann counted as I don’t associate him with Hollywood, as he is a German actor. Thank you for alerting me to the others though.

Survive Style 5+ is a wild Japanese film about 5 loosely connected surreal stories, Vinnie Jones (he was in one of the x-men films so I think that counts as hollywood) has a sizable role as a assassin who gets off on asking everyone "what is your function in life?". Honestly just a great film in general, one of my biggest regrets was lending my dvd to a flatmate years ago and never getting it back 😞

I knew of sly making a cameo. I know will smith made a cameo in a Bollywood movie as a bartender. Very quick you will miss it scean. And the only other one I know is Akon. Rapper. He did a cameo and a song for SRKs movie.

The thing with those films is that they are heavily edited versions of the original Japanese films with added scenes featuring American actors to localise them. The films featured in this video are not like that, they are the only versions of the film

@@thedudewhomadethisvideo untrue. Destroy All Monsters and Final Wars have the American actors in their OG versions, with DAM even having the American dubbed over. What you're talking about is the 1956 adaptation of Gojira, as well as King Kong vs Godzilla, and Godzilla 1985.

Dragonblade!! This movie is nuts. As a person with a masters in classics (ancient roman and greek studies), this is my favourite movie about Rome. Not because it's accurate, or good, but just because it's so bonkers. The extended version has a framing device about archaeologists which makes no sense at all. I love it

Indonesia bring small portion of Hollywood Stars on them cinema. Most notable Is Australian martial arts actress, Chyntia rothrock who known well In 80s. Mickey Rourke and Kellan Lutz been on cinema at dull movie, Java Heat. I don't know that was Hollywood one or Indonesian. Not sure. I also see Michael Pena on one Romance movie, but forgot what the title Is. Another Australian actor Is Conan Steven (The Hobbits) and Eric Cullet (Valerian) Is on movie titled Buffalo Boys. May be if Chintya Is Most notable actress, After The Dark and The Philosopher Is the notable movie. Well, not pretty good movie. But It's interesting movie for my personal. Act bye many teenages actors on them Ages, this movie May the best one to mention. You can found James D'Archy, Bonnie Wright, Shopia Lowie, Philipa Coulthard and Russian actor.. The Dead Mine, a horror movie also may need to be mentioned, Chris Nolte Is the big star here. Also Jimie Tanaka and Les Loveday Is on the list. maybe thats only for Indonesia. If Hollywood make In Indonesia, May be the list Will be longer. But i think It's not. But if you looking for directors, or producers, the 212 warriors, The Raid and Foxfort Six May on the list. I came across Taxi Driver during my research but didn’t include it because I didn’t think Kretschmann counted as a Hollywood actor since he is German, though he has appeared in the MCU so maybe I should’ve included him. Thanks for alerting me to Nathan Jones though, looking him up he was also in a Tamil film called Bhooloham as well as the one you mentioned.

India is the second biggest market in movies. They produce more movies than china.

Market is box office the people who pay to see the film and in terms of that China is the 2nd biggest market. No Indian film has done close to the numbers Chinese films do at the box office. Dangal is the highest grossing Indian film of all time, making 340 million dollars worldwide and about 200 million of that was actually from China. The highest grossing Chinese film is The Battle of Lake Changjin, which made 913 million dollars worldwide, see how big that is. Chinese films just keep grossing more and more thanks to China. Why do you think Hollywood tried to pander to them so much, gotta get that Chinese money. India has several separate film industries in the country so the market is smaller, if they had one unified film industry in one language then they probably would but that is never going to happen. As I said in the Indian segment of this video India is the biggest producer of the films in the world, yes they produce more films than China and America, but Market that is completely different.

It's not hard to say the name "Kevin Spacey" say it three times and he will appear in front of you like Beetlejuice! 😂 You forgot Richard Armitage in the Korean sci-fi Space Sweepers, Dave Bautista in the Hong Kong movie Master Z: Ip Man Legacy, a sequel and spin-off to Ip Man 3 or Steven Seagal and Mike Tyson(who also appeared in Ip Man 3) in that awful mainland China movie China Salesman.

That is why I don’t want to risk saying his name haha. I mentioned Dave Bautista and Mike Tyson in the video when I quickly listed off some actors and films. Didn’t know about that Richard Armitage film though and the Steven Seagal one, so thanks for mentioning. If I get enough I will make a part 2, people in the comments have mentioned some really interesting ones, I just need to find the films and watch them first.
