Hike is relative, depends on the year of experience, technology & the current CTC; for very senior profile with an experience bracket between 15-20 years with a salary between 30-40 lakhs as base salary will never have a 100% hike, having seen the industry for more than 18 years can give better perspective

But in R&D sector of pharma biotech, if you have Special skill set sometimes after one year or within year others company call you and show interest on your cv , and offer good hike ...then what to do in that case !!

I have doj for September 15 in accenture. My current company service period ends at 7 September. Now accenture sent me email " Early Joining Request Only" To join in this "july" Saying they buyout notice period Does that mean my September 15 DOJ is void? Please respond . Advance thanks.

Actually they are asking if you can join early, if you agree they will revise your offer letter else you have to send them mail like there is no possible way to join early so please consider my date of joining as mentioned earlier(mention the date)
