Salmon with mashed potatoes! Yum! Best thing to order when you’re in the hospital too! I’ve had to go to the hospital almost every other week for a health condition I’m dealing with and this is what I always ordered for lunch and dinner. For lunch, I’d add a salad and made myself a salmon salad. For dinner, gravy with a side of steamed vegetables. The hospital was so nice and observant that they ended up giving me extra salmon and mashed potatoes because I ordered it every day!

@divathedivinegoddess8001 Look in the oil section of a big grocery store. If they have an Indian or "ethnic" food aisle, it might be there instead. But if the ones near you don't have it, you need to go to a natural type grocery store or Indian grocery store. Whole food would definitely have it. Also it is supposed to be easy to make at home, but if you've ever wasted 4 sticks of butter on something "easy" before you might not want to try doing that lol it's a mess 😅

Recipe 3: Lemon Dijon Salmon Tray Bake 2 tbsp Ghee 2 cups baby potatoes Salt & pepper 2-3 portions Atlantic Salmon (1 lb.) 2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp dried parsley 1/4 of a Lemon juice Salt & pepper 1 zucchini 3 tbsp butter 1 large Garlic clove 2 tbsp Fresh dill 1/4 of a Lemon juice 1/2 tsp honey Pinch Salt *Bake potatoes at 425 for 20 Mins. Add salmon & zucchini and bake for additional 12- 15 minutes

Engaging in the fast keeps you humble. There's plenty of homeless people and working poor who go to bed hungry every night, have health problems, and feel bad without eating. The discipline it take to see what they feel while knowing you could eat is literally the point.
