It sounds like your account was hacked as Instagram shouldn't genuinely disable your account. A hacker may have got hold of your details as you managed to change the number. Also please note random strangers can view your mobile number and email address via your screenshot within your video meaning people could pose as you. My account had got hacked that way through changing my account details by pressing on a link within a similar msg as the one you got. 🙃 I'm watching this all the way from Leeds, West Yorkshire, UK.
