FIBA WC is harder to win (for Team USA) as there are a lot more teams and therefore more tough teams then the Olympics but even more the WC doesn't mean as much to American players (and Americans) so the teams are not going to be as stacked as the US Olympics teams. So the Olympics are harder for the rest of the world to win. Team USA (with NBA players) in the Olympics is 7-1 while in FIBA world cup is only 3-3.
