I walk every day as well. Not quite speed walk but close. 30-60 minutes depending on the day. It’s a blessing to do every day. I love it and it’s helpful in so many ways!

Not gonna lie. This comment made me laugh and happy at the same time. I spent years not eating healthy, but recently needed to lose weight to get blood pressure under control, tried dieting, which helped initially, but then I got stuck, tried cycling, weight lifting, etc but a friend said try walking, I did and I broke through my wall, and now down 45 pounds (only the first ten happened before I started walking)

I’m 24 and I watched a few seasons of this show growing up with my fam (5 seasons consistently?). Always looked up to Clark and rooted for him and Lana! But Lois lane is the OG girl for Clark, which I didn’t understand until I got a little older lol. Lex Luthor didn’t necessarily show his true colors in the parts I saw, as I understand he’s a villain, but I still always wanted to see the good in lex. His come up story was a rough one. I read something the other day that said “…in all universes of Superman, smallville’s lex luthor was the most powerful” very cool and unsurprising. Makes me love this show more. Lex always did have that “F you dad, I can do what I want” attitude 😂😂

You have to break up the serious plots now and again to keep the franchise going. Vibrant even. On a side note to Kristin's story of lisping with the vampire teeth. One of my dnd buddies in college told this story of how one time he was playing with another group, and they fought their way to the head vampire. And he had a lisp. Everyone busted out laughing. And he was like, is this what your characters do? and they said yes. I forget now what roll was involved, but basically the vampire couldn't use his fear ability or I think mesmerize/mind control also. I think the exact line he said the vampire first said was, Thooo thinners, you think you could dethroy me. or something like that

I'm personally not the biggest fan of the episode, because as they describe it its meaningless filler- it doesn't tie in to other episodes. But I don't know why she should object so harshly to it; the show always combined serious topics with fantasy and a sense of fun. Likewise, you can appreciate the storylines and the charactes, rand I do, and also appreciate seeing them not wearing a lot. Guess what, they were a good looking cast.
