I don't want to be a landlord either My brother is kind of a landlord he let his friends move on his land and now all they do is argue I am feeling like I have to Go see him so they don't shoot him or something. There is 1 of his tenants that When he gets drunk he likes to threaten to stab people my son who is 18 he's an adult he's crashing on my brother's couch for a day or so And he threatened him to stab my son I feel like I almost have 1 of these stories

It’s scary who you rent to, you really don’t have a choice anymore. You can’t deny people housing. Then you get some of these people in your home,who will never pay rent again for a year plus before you can get them out. They will destroy property just in retaliation. They will create any excuse not to pay rent. SUCH A Annoyance. They will always blame the landlord somehow.
