When noma, the World's Best Restaurant, Makes School Lunch in the Bronx

Three-Michelin-Starred Noma launched Noma Projects in 2022 to make Noma flavors more accessible to the rest of the world. When the Noma Projects team went on a New York City tour through a series of pop-up events, they ventured to DREAM Academy in The Bronx to put their products to the test with the most exacting critics: school children.
