I quicksaved spam too much during my first Morrowind run mainly due to me expecting a lotta crashes and or getting screwed [Surprise difficulty mechanic] almost soft locked myself a couple times (my first Morrowind run was last week)

Use OpenWM instead of the decades old Morrowind.exe. I've gone hundreds of hours without crashes, and the only crashes I did have (years ago) were consistently reproducible interactions with a particular script (rather than anything remotely random)

Какая же ностальгия... Когда мне был 21 год, то полгода дома сидел, играл Morrowind. Все эти звуки... Порой раздражающие,но так приятно вновь их услышать. Заклинания, грёбаный птеродактиль (не помню, как он называется, уже 12 лет не запускал игру). Как хорошо, что ещё дополнения не прошёл. Через несколько лет точно постараюсь продолжить приключение.

Manual saving has always been mandatory for a modded Elder Scrolls, I've always read warnings about quick saves can be buggy if you quit and load your game from a quick save so I just did quick saving and loading while playing but still manually saving every 30 mins or so besides when I'm done playing.

Just loading a game while in game in any bethesda title is glitchy, all the 3d fallouts have a weird bug were if you load after being killed by a mine or just destroy any mines they're no longer there after loading, you actually have to reboot to get the mines to come back, you can't even just exit to menu and load, it needs to be a full reboot of the game.
