I accidentally found your videos yesterday and have been watching them off and on all day today. After watching other towing videos, I find yours is far better than any of the others. You are kind to people and let them help if they ask. You don't cuss or yell when someone makes a mistake, you explain what they've done wrong and why it has to be done a certain way. Your trucks are much better than any of the other towing companies. You are a family business and you take your work seriously. You also take care of your safety and that of your crew. Keep up the good work.

The best part I like about your company is that you've spared no expense on the right tools to get the job done right and safely the first time, and haven't gone the cheap route.. It takes some talented sales and marketing to support that gear. These videos don't show the work that goes into keeping the big trucks profitable between emergency calls. They get used for unloading construction materials moving and positioning most things within the weight and height limits and some tow operators have contracts with forklift and heavy equipment companies.

They can’t help but wave back even though they are pissed off, which makes them even more mad! Now they are also wondering if they believe I was saying Hi back thinking they were being friendly while they were blowing their horn, flipping me off etc.

In south australia if you dont slow down past a emergancy vehicle or at the scene of a MVA(motor vehicle accident) with crews on scene depending on your speed you could A.hurt yourself/someone else or worse. B. Cause a 2nd MVA bc car infront slowed C. Cost yourself your licence for upto 2 yrs D. Lose licence and car E. Lose licence.car and get a massive fine (last one i herd of was close to 3000aud) and the fool took it to court and claimed he wasnt speeding etc yet they got footage of multiple cop cars and even a news crew who pointed it at thing and police radar said he was going 95kph past speed limit on rd was 100kph but cop cars etc were placed 2km back so a car could of slowed to 25kph(or 40kph depending on the state) well before hitting the scene. The bloke lost and wound up costing him close to 25k

Ron, if you remember the "flying Mustang" scenario I described a few videos back, it was a similar situation to this one. The trees between the road and where the car had landed had been cut down, leaving tall stumps, and there was no option to bring it out like you did with this truck. The Trooper and the car owner had pretty much resigned themselves to the thought that the car couldn't be recovered without being torn up. Father & Son both had come out in the smaller truck (650 Holmes, dual winches) and spent a considerable amount of time looking the situation over. The Trooper wasn't pleased when they told him that they needed to go back home and get the other truck. They left, and returned with both trucks, plus every spare snatch block, extension cable, chain and timber they could muster. Cables were run under the car, anchored high to one or more lightning rods (cottonwoods). With timbers and other rigging in place, they tightened the cables until the car was lifted high enough to clear the stumps, similar to a suspension bridge. Then they re-directed the drag line of the big wrecker off of the "little" wrecker, and used it to slide the car to them over their improvised bridge. You are probably well aware of how State Troopers tell a story 😉 so I won't relate it from what that Trooper said to me, years later and after he had retired, other than that he had never seen anything like it before, or since. The "old man," when he spoke of it, always looked like he was fighting to keep from grinning. I think he was more proud of the fact that he was the only known person to ever leave "Froggy" (the Trooper) speechless, than he was over the recovery itself.
