Yi long is not a Shaolin monk... He is a sanda fighter... He has over 60 wins in professional kickboxing... No one becomes a monk just by shaving the hair... And just because he lost a fight that doesn't make him any less legit... Even Muhammad Ali and Mike Tyson lost multiple fights... Buakaw and Saenchai also lost fights... No one is invincible.. But they are still the greatest...

Kung Fu is a joke at fighting. Great workout and conditioning, but there are much better fighting styles for 1-1. Look at MMA, where real fighting happens, and you won't see almost any of it. It's just not competitive.

Sanda means something like free combat (sparring) in Kung Fu, what are you talking about? Not every Kung Fu fighter does sparring, but those who do usually do full contact.

Muay Thai is easy to master than kung fu which takes almost 10 years to reach a considerable level while Muay Thai can be mastered in 4-5 years, that's why Muay Thai is much better for combat sport for starting at a younger age

Watched Yi Long get KO'd by my buddy Josh Pickthall in Phoenix AZ. Josh was a semi-pro Muay Thai practitioner. Yi Long was super cocky - continually presenting his head for Josh to hit..... Until Josh knocked it off his shoulders 😂

A real martial arts Master would be able to deflect all kinds of blows, not like this so-called Shaolin monk taking hits all the time which inevitably weakened him.
