I’m dealing with a girl who always reaches out first but then takes days to respond. Eventually, she tells me she misses me and wants to see me, so we make plans. After we hang out, she goes back to her hot-and-cold behavior. I used to chase in the past, but now I just stay in my frame and act unbothered. Women are unpredictable.

Hasn't it always been a power struggle? I certainly felt it was when I was young, and that was decades ago. Nothing to do with new technology. The fact that it was a power struggle surely wouldn't have been news to chaps who were good at dating back then. I wasn't even good at it, but it seemed obvious to me.

If you act weak around women they will take advantage. Being in a masculine frame is the best way to keep the power, however is hard to do that. Focusing on yourself will definitely put you there though.

We have a choice, alot of guy's just cannot be arsed to make ANY effort with ANYTHING! In my experience, all the things i have learned about to deploy conciously, and sub-conciously to be more attractive to women, tottally bleeds out to all areas of my life, giving me a big edge in most situations,So guys "doing the work" has ALOT more benifits for your life than bieng more attractive to most women.
