Can the 18Kpv be operated without batteries? That is to say, power loads with solar & grid while the sun is up and then grid only at night?

What is EG4's customer support phone number? I don't see one on the website. Why would I trust EG4 Electronics to power my home if you're too cheap to pay for quality customer support?

I would never consider a high frequency inverter from any manufacturer because they're manufactured on the cheap with no heavy duty, iron core, copper wound isolation transformer that supplies a much higher surge rating and a longer life expectancy.
