Great content here Mikey, I just got home from the Aerial Rescue Challenge in Bellingham Washington. The rigging alone was beyond the scope of most folks. Like you said, " the rigging is the most challenging part" most folks fail the rigging part of the level 2 test. Keep up the great work. The Rescue Challenge I mentioned, was put on by WesSpur Tree Equipment. Thank you again, Jim.

I 100% agree. I’m lucky I have worked under some of the best level 3. They have always been willing to teach.

Thank you for the comment! We need to focus on mentoring more. This stage if so important. We need more Level 2s

I also think you should get your lvl 2 as soon as possible. In a ideal world you would have only lvl 3s on your team because it makes your team more efficient. However I don't think you should be in a hurry to go through your levels unless you've diversified. If you've only done wind turbines or bridge inspections diversify a little more as to get a bigger bag of tricks.

Agreed, you need to be diversified. But you can take your time at level 2 to get the experience you need to become a level 3

I actually waited quite long before I got my level 2, but that's because I'm a perfectionist and have very high expectations for myself. That can be a bit counterproductive in this work :).

Hey, I’ll never knock someone for holding off. But its not a bad thing to bump up to level 2 and sit their either.
@oanasimon19833 жыл бұрын
@@theropeaccessandclimbingpo2380 I agree with on this one. It's better to get your level 2 as soon as possible and in doing so, you will broaden your abilities and will be more productive.
