JustSomeoneDifferent I though you were only talking about the C5. Demi before the sustained A5 is phrasing F#5 and after F#5 and has a lot of other F#5 during the song you can't relate, Mariah were WAY easier to sing. But she's a better vocalist that's a fact.

Actually Demi have way more stamina then Mariah, Mariah never belted 10 F#5 in a row or 2/3 A5 in a row and never also sustain G5. I think the song were Mariah belts a lot of high notes in a row is If it's over when she belted like 4 F#5 in a row and after 4 again or something like that. Demi also have 3 A5 in a row (In the BBMA's ) or 3 super flat Bb5 if you want and has shown that her range could extend higher than A5 which isn't the case of Mariah, or at least not in belts. I mean, it's not about range but If you compare stamina and endurance in high notes, Demi is wayyyy better.
