It's awesome how universal the foot pressure cue is to other movements and positions. And at the same time being a great self-limiter for foot, knee, and hip positioning.

You are probably the worst subject in the world to demonstrate squats, freakishly short in the femur and long in the tibia (aside from me, being the exact opposite). I'm amazed you are doing this so quickly after the knee replacement.
