When I was in elementary school my classmates 15 yr old brother shot and killed a woman sitting in her home near a window because he was playing with a gun and is still in prison to this day. He was being (r)aped by a woman who would invite young teen boys over to drink and have sex while her trucker husband was on the road. She faced no consequences. He should’ve been released by now considering his age and mental state. It’s been more than 30 years and a “life sentence” is only 25.

For #9 I still remember it and how my mom refused to let me leave the house afterwards for little less then a week since it happened across town. Don't remember which one but one was the leader and the other was following behind, also just because of a bad grade. Though just looking at them says lot more.. First story. I live in that community; Fairfield. I know the parents. They were shocked. Small, unstated fact - a few weeks before that teacher was killed, another of her students earned an "F" in Spanish class. he killed himself. Those two boys that killed her had beaten her to death. Where does the love og god go when life is treated so cheaply.

I can't believe the UK case where a student brought a knife to school and stabbed his teacher in class several times before calmly returning to his work wasn't included. The poor teacher died, the class and several other students were traumatised and the kid had told several people what he planned to do. He'd also shown the knife to other kids before he stabbed his teacher. It's just such a bizarre and shocking case.

The Hannah Knapke case is bogus. I am from her town and I went to school with her father. So let me give you particulars. 1: She was not part of conspiracy, the other two planned it long before she came back home during Christmas break. 2: Hannah Knapke was called to come and pick her friend Shelby up because Esther and Shelby were going to meet and talk to Shea.' 3: Shelby owned the shotgun. She informed Hannah that she and Shea were going target shooting. 4: Shelby was holding the gun when Hannah got out of the car, there was no indication to Hannah that she was going to shoot Shea. So, what the prosecutors did not do was charge Esther and Shelby with conspiracy to commit murder, which they planned without Hannah. She was home from college to visit her parents for Christmas break, she was not in Indiana when the conspiracy was planned. Neither Esther nor Shelby told her what their actual plan was. Now you tell me, would you be shocked if someone was with you and you did not know they were going to shoot, would you jump on the phone and call 911 with the person holding the shotgun is still standing there? Of course you would be shocked, and this was not a case of Hannah committing the crime, but that she simply did what her friends asked of her, and that was to drive them there. Hannah, Esther and Shelby were all tried separately for the exact same charges, yet Hannah only drove. And by the way, it is K-Nap-Key
