Since when does Wolverine have nano technology? In X-men Origins: Wolverine he is clearly born in a time before electricity, had fought in all the major wars of the world. So nano tech wasn’t even invented yet. His mutation other the claws that came out of his hands is the ability to self heal. How do you think he survived the antimantium infusion. He died and came back to life during that infusion. So your statement about him having nano tech would be wrong.

If we're talking about speed, when Flash goes back in time to rewrite the battle between the Justice League and Steppenwolf. Or when Wonder Woman goes God mode and blocks all of the shots from the terrorists machine gun. The MCU has some pretty good God Modes too. Thor landing in Wakanda and taking out the entire Chitari army was awesome. Definitely God Mode.

Yeah that scene with Optimus Prime in Transformers is the best scene of the series... definitely a good line up, two scenes from Infinity war could have duked it out to replace that Incredibles scene which while awesome was the weakest of them all imo... The scene where Thor Arrives in Wakanda after creating his axe, and also the scene where Iron man is single handedly taking on Thanos while the others are collecting themselves after having their asses handed to them... OOOO Or the scene from Endgame where Wanda is freshly resurrected and gets to attack Thanos and he has to have his massive battleship fire everything at her killing a gigantic portion of his army in the process and only a relatively small portion of the Avengers army, and merely slowing Wanda.
