Peter Jongsma. Yes indeed! You are absolutely right. And if you spit on a side walk or the streets, they will fine you. This is how clean Singapore is and they want to keep it that way. I also read that anyone, male or female, can go out at 3:00 am in Singapore and nothing will happen to them. The locals are not going to rob you or assault you because they know the consequences of their actions. If someone dies something is another tourist but no the locals. I know someone who went there and absolutely loved it. In addition, if you are in a taxi cab and, let’s say, you fall asleep; when you get to your destination, you will have ALL your belongings and all your money . No one is going to rob you. Needless to say, all the locals in that country speak English since it is mandatory that everyone speaks it. You don’t need a translator which is great! They teach English in schools, grammar school and otherwise. They must have a very good government system when a lot of people go there as tourists and Scandinavian people go there to work for certain amount of time until they go back to their homes. i would love to go to Singapore where they have Night Safari! Yeah, they do. And you can see the animals in action at night , hunting. 👍👍♥️♥️

So these two brothers are still in prison? I hope so. The narrator said “so and so served their time” he didn’t say “these two brothers ARE serving their time” in wherever prison there is. The death of Island Schultz was horrible, very vicious killing…….there was no need for this young man to kill this young lady. So sad and so tragic. A true senseless murder. It was the late '90s in a town of 70 people. I think you'd have to grow up in that kind of tiny hamlet to really understand the environment. It's basically a massive extended family who trust each other. Without the drugs, there never would've been a robbery.

It was a very rural area, there was only 1 paved road into town. It was a new bank-just opened that day. I’m talking about areas of the country where people leave keys in vehicle 24/7. In winter when temperatures are very low some will even leave their vehicles running when they grocery shop or even go to church. I’m originally from West Texas but I’ve lived in Iowa since 1998 and before that I was in North Dakota for about 10 years. People in the Midwest generally are good people. I have a question wonder if it's going to ever be answered depends on if you read your comments my question is if there's no cameras in the bank is the money that was stolen still insured???
@Amy021277

It would be my guess, yes. As in 1997 it wasn't very common for any bank, especially a rural location to have such expensive technology of the time. I'm also sure, as with any type of insurance, it would be outlined in the terms of their policy what would be expected for the bank to have established in regards to security, like having surveillance or live guards on premises. Keep in mind, things like technology were very different 25 years ago. Can you remember just how much a camcorder cost back then and how limited the selection was??

@38:59. I’m wondering why they kept the stolen truck, this would be the only way to get caught was with the stolen truck, even a 13 year-old kid will come up with a better idea than that. Just thought to take a Java break and I was asking my myself this question, I don’t know The ending is going to turn out with this, maybe they will get rid of the stolen truck, beats me what’s on their mind, certainly not too smart.
