When first working on this PMV I really did it just because I thought it would be really cool and honestly - why not. But halfway through the process and when streaming the process it really made me sit and think about how much Philza as a streamer inspires me. Both Kristin and Philza are very comforting individuals to me (omg parasocial ammirite) I’ve mentioned it on streams multiple times but although his content and mine differ greatly since I don’t think I’d stray away from Art anytime soon - his mindset when it comes to content creation is something I’ve modeled my online presence around. Basically to put it short, have fun! It’s something that I see a lot of my fellow streamers and mutuals struggle with, since sometimes numbers DO get to people, it’s stressful and all but having a clear goal and going into making your own videos with the right mindset really helps in the long run. To put it short - Have fun, make art, make videos, make ‘content’ because you WANT to. I feel that this video is kind of an appreciation for Philza’s influence on my mindset towards streaming, as well as something I genuinely felt happy to make! This was a blast to illustrate and animate along side everyone, and I hope to make more things that make both me and you happy!
But yeah, here’s to 2022! I’ll see you guys next time 💗

HEAD CANON Philza (who is tied to the sun) is just an ordinary young man when he meets his soulmate, Kristin. As they decide to travel together, they slowly fall in love. But soon it becomes obvious that Kristin is much more powerful than Phil and that she ahs immortality, meaning she is going to outlive him and lose him. In a desperate act of love, she ties her own essence to his, via the reason why he gets wings. (Also why he has only one life.) So, now, they can be together forever. But if Philza dies, so does Kristin.

This is so beautiful. It’s like Mumza sent all her crows to watch over Phil when she couldn’t, and report back to tell her all about his day and how he was doing. She also made sure to send EVERY crow she had so he’d always have company. This also explains why everyone immediately pays attention to Mumza when she enters the room, almost like a greeting, “MUMZA, MUMZA”. Because the crows were originally hers.

Dude it hasn't even premiered yet and I AM SO HYPED! When the Day Met the Night is one of my absolute favorites on that album and I totally see you working Phil and Kristen into it! I will actually wake up early tomorrow to catch this live, cannot wait! Edit: BROOOOOOO THAT WAS AMAZING!!! The colors, the settings, the emotions, the changing of scenery or movement matching the beats of the song, it was fantastic!
