I feel the pain on this as someone who did this on the original COD 4. I remember the key was picking the p90 up from the first room and then just getting timing down on throwing flashes. RNG is another big factor too. Eventually after all that I finally got it, and so can you Zanny!

If you want to beat this easily do the exploit start the mission on recruit and once you reach near the end ( saving the hostage ) quit the game and resume on veteran. Watch Maka guides for a better explanation
