You'd open the door, have someone fallout, but instead of a corpse, it's a guard trying to catch up on his sleep. He asks you not to report to his supervisor and lets you borrow his keycard once you tell him that there's trouble on his floor that he should have been on. Something warm and red drips on you from above... it turns out there's a leak in the breakroom floor and someone spilled an entire tub of salsa. "Sorry, man. The whole floor loves their nachos, they can't get enough of the stuff." You shine a light on the monster, it screams, and runs away. Then, a few moments later, the lights turn on and it comes back with a towel on. It tells you to go away, the player character steps back and kindly shuts the door after them. The monster opens the door itself from the inside, now fully dressed, and you get your next clue or resolve the mystery.
