Yes I was the one he chooses to marry , I was literally like a slave.. many times I had panic attacks anxiety even I cut my arm ...I had depression and very low confidence and self esteem.. he ruined me I always begged him I apologized a lot but now after Three years and having two kids I came to know he got exposed and his rage was horrifying he and his family abused me mentally emotionally verbally psychologically spiritually a lot and I had 2nd c section two months ago with my second baby my physical health was badly affected and then I took stand for myself and told my parents everything I even recorded his abuse to prove I was right so that my family trust me... I walked away and it was the best decision and now I'm moving on Alhamdulillah Masha ALLAH I'm confident and know my worth

Mine unblocked me on fb then I permanently blocked them back. They have never directly reached out to me. They just did a few subtle things like speaking to a friend or showing up at a venue I attend once. 2 years no contact 💪🏼

When I left and went no contact, I had to get an Order Of Protection from my narcissistic abusive husband. He can’t come near me for the next 2 years. Freedom is wonderful 🎉

My heart was so broken I didn’t think I would ever be able to turn the page! After listening to your videos has helped me tremendously. You offer so very much and find myself listening to some of your videos over again. I always felt something was off with him after the discard now I know. But you know the door swings both ways!
