I remember how my little Maltipoo would shake and shiver when I took her to the Vet. So I started to sing songs very softly to her while we waited for her turn to be seen. Worked every time, she'd start to relax and stop shivering. She passed last February at 18 years old. I miss her soooo much.

My two dogs managed to open the heavy garden gate and without a collar or lead they both walked through the streets to the VET ! The vet called me to say that she had my dogs and of course I said 'nonsense they are in the garden' ! I went to get them and there they were happy doggies !

I once took my 2 huskies to the vet at the same time, that turned out to be a big mistake and I never did it again! After that I took them one at the time, but that has its problems as well, it still works a little better though. Conclusion: Huskies don't like going to the vet...

I do remember my first dog being dragged along the floor, visiting after her first vaccination. I could see why they had a vinyl floor! She got to like vets in time but sat by the exit door in the surgery if she could. My second tried to pull me in every time we passed the vet's surgery door as he was so petted by the nurses when he had to have an operation and stayed in for a few days!

So far so good. My Shiba Inu was great. The vet expected her to be dramatic and scream. But she was totally calm. Always. She is now going to x be 2 soon so maybe when she gets older. But we re lol proud. Now hopefully I didn’t just jinx myself. So just in case jinx jinx Jinx. Lol

You can make cones out of pool noodles and they work much better than the one the vet uses. There are videos on "DIY Pool Noodle Cone Collars". Your dog will thank you!

it's almost impossible do an injection on me ,my body refuse to do it , I had a very strong pain due to sciatica and three strong nurse cannot do it ,it's not my brain ,it's my body and I cannot control it ,so now I stopped going to an emergency for good until they find a solution that does not involve injections ,I'm serious ,I dont care if my life is at risk
