Touching your body cam should also be grounds for firing. If you obscure the body cam or interfere with the audio or video you should be fined $1,000+ depending on your salary, and if you do it again you should be fired immediately. If you turn off the camera completely you should be charged and fired immediately.

The "wall" itself might be private property, but as he indicated, the land would likely be part of the city's utility access. Which would explain why the wall/fencing is as far back as it is. My yard looks the same way for that exact reason. I'm responsible for maintaining that grass, but it's not 100% my property. I suspect the same applies in this case and I also wonder whether the property owner was even bothered by Josh. On one hand I'm impressed to see proactive policing (officers don't have time to do that where I live), but on the other I'm disappointed in how it was handled.

4:00 As a geocacher, even if it is private property, the cache owner either needs to be the owner of the land, or get explicit permission from the owner of the land and explain to them there will be people poking around looking for the cache, to even place a geocache. The coroner then took multiple hours to appear but by that time she was traumatized. and that was only 3 years or less ago... city pigs are only looking for a paycheck not to help the people. the only ones I somewhat trust are state patrol troopers at this point. those ones at least don't have a nice convenience filled office to want to spend 99% of their time in not doing work but still receiving pay (or even overtime by doing nothing like in the case of Baltimore)

I remember reading the case for McNair, and I think one reason the cop didn't identify them on-site was because the printer or imaging of the mugshot was very blurry, low quality and lack of detail, so they had limited information about how he looked like when pursuing the escapee, which was really important; if this happened 5/10 years later they'd have a HQ image of his face and he would have no shot
@skylerbrodin51767 ай бұрын
Depends on the amount of data storage they have, this grainy footage is purely because the cost of data storage isnt worth having hq footage. Imagine having 20+ cameras with 720/1080p film running 24/7 AND stored for 3-6 months. A single camera alone would be 30-50gigs PER DAY then times that by 20 then times that by 90(3 months). Youre looking at petabyte storage that isnt even available to consumers let alone some shit county that has its IT department run by an old man or a highschooler Edit: even at the lowest range, you need 54 petabytes to do only 3 months of solid video footage. Whoever is reading this, I wanted to say I hope you have a great day and that God loves you so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to die on a cross for your sins and He rose again from the dead three days later. God Bless! And also, He doesn't want you to go to Hell, but He wants you to go to Heaven with Him but you have to be Saved. How do I get Saved you might ask? Here are the steps below on how to get Saved! 1. Believe that God sent His Son (Jesus) to die on a cross for your sins and that He rose again from the dead 3 days later. 2. Confess to Jesus that you are a sinner and ask forgiveness for your sins and Turn away from your sins. If you sin again after asking forgiveness of that sin, ask forgiveness again and try not to do it ever again. Jesus will forgive you! 3. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and your life and for Him to be your Lord and Savior forever. 4. Build a Personal Relationship with Jesus by Praying and Reading the Bible daily and Live for Him Forever. I'm Praying for you and you are loved! (Romans 10:9-13)))
